On December 9, 2003, the Mountaineer Chapter, 146 WV KWVA held its Christmas Dinner at the Wrens Nest
Restaurant on Coal River Road in St Albans. About 75 members, auxilary and guests attended the dinner.
The auction was very sucessful and will provide funds for the chapters activities for 2004.
During the regular 1/04 meeting, Chet Fleming resigned as chairman of the memorial committee. Frank Goff
will assume that position as soon as the Directors have audited the Memorial Fund. Chet and Fred Gainer will serve on
the new memorial committee with Frank. All other former memorial committee members are relieved of that assignment.
Plans were made for the summer picnic and to return to the Wrens Nest for the 2004 Christmas dinner.
NEW OFFICERS ELECTED
Elections were held at the regularly scheduled 6/14/05 meeting of Chapter 146. Officers elected to serve
for the next year are:

Fred Gainer, Director
Jack Tamplin & John Deel will continue as Directors.
Rev. Frank Goff will continue as Chaplain and Jim Bennett will continue as Sgt at Arms.
